Before it is made available to the user, each dish goes through a control period of several days, which makes it possible to catch any contamination that may have occurred while pouring the agar.

Natural condensation – what is worth knowing?

Water vapour appearing on the walls of the dish is a natural process, especially visible when the surroundings cool down faster than the dish itself. It does not affect the quality of the agar in any way, although it may reduce visibility. To restore clarity, simply turn the dish agar side up and place it on a warm surface (e.g. a radiator or a power supply), or put a mug of hot water on it – the vapour will disappear after a short time.
