🍄 How do discount codes work?
Using discount codes in our shop is quick and easy!
At checkout, enter the discount code you received in the appropriate field. Once it has been applied, the discount will be automatically added to your order.
Discount codes can:
- reduce the price by a fixed amount,
- give a percentage discount,
- offer free shipping.
Remember that each code has its own validity period and can only be used once – unless stated otherwise.
🍄 How can I check product availability?
We make sure our range is always up to date.
On each product page you will find its current availability status:
- Available – immediate shipping,
- Temporarily unavailable,
If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will let you know the waiting time by phone or e-mail.
🍄 Why create an account in our shop?
Creating an account brings many benefits:
- faster and more convenient shopping – without having to enter your details again,
- access to your order history and order statuses,
- the option to reorder your favourite products with one click,
- special offers and early access to new products and sales – for registered customers only.
🍄 Only place an order when you can collect the parcel!
Please place orders only when you are sure that you will be able to collect the parcel in good time.
To avoid the parcel staying in the parcel locker for a long time (over 48h),:
- monitor the status of your order,
- choose a convenient delivery date.
This will help keep the growkit at its best quality and avoid unnecessary complications.
🍄 I didn’t collect my growkit from the parcel locker… What now?
Please note that:
if a parcel containing a growkit is not collected on time, we reserve the right to dispose of it, with no possibility of a complaint or a refund of costs.
This applies to situations where the product starts fruiting while it is in a sorting centre, a parcel locker or a warehouse, and the parcel is returned to us.
Growkits are products that are sensitive to storage conditions, so please collect the parcel as soon as possible after delivery. Failure to collect it on time may result in the product deteriorating and make it impossible to use any further.
