Returns and complaints

If a problem with the product is our fault or the carrier’s fault – for example, if the mycelium was contaminated or defective – please contact us by e-mail.

However, if the failure is caused by factors beyond our control, such as unsuitable conditions (humidity, temperature), lack of proper care, external contamination, etc., unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for this.

We are not responsible for parcels that were not collected from the parcel locker on time. Due to the nature of the product, please place orders only when you are able to collect the parcel without delay – mycelium copes very badly with spending longer periods in parcel lockers and in transit.

It is very important to follow the instructions for use strictly – only then is it possible to ensure optimal conditions for observing the mycelium.

If you have any doubts about the quality of the mycelium or the conditions in which it was delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will look into the situation carefully and – if it turns out that the problem is on our side – we will be happy to consider replacing the product or refunding your money.
