How to take it?
The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules. To speed up the effects of supplementation, you can increase the dose to 4 capsules a day for the first 1-2 weeks. As a strong adaptogen, Lion’s Mane is best taken before 2:00 pm, with or without food. For optimal results, follow a cycle of 3 months of supplementation followed by a 1-month break.
What is DER and why does it matter?
DER (Drug Extract Ratio) is a ratio showing the mass of raw material compared to the mass of the finished extract. Our products stand out with a very high DER, which means they are highly concentrated. Beware of dishonest manufacturers who declare a very high DER (e.g. 50:1), as this often means their extracts are made from mushrooms ground together with the substrate, which significantly lowers their quality and effectiveness.
