Characteristics of the Gandalf genetics

• Appearance: Very long, massive stems resembling a magic staff. Snow-white caps, often with bluish or dark blue patches on top. The fruiting bodies reach impressive sizes and often take unusual, mutated forms. The caps rarely open fully, which makes it hard to observe the gills. As a typical albino, it produces transparent or slightly blue-brown spores.

• Origin: An artificially created cross of two strong strains:

  • True Albino Teacher (TAT) – known for its pure white, stable albinoid traits,
  • Melmac (a Penis Envy Homestead isolate) – one of the most intense and sought-after genetics within Psilocybe Cubensis.

  Combining these lines produced genetics with a strong character, unique morphology and a clearly slowed-down pace of development.

The Gandalf Full Auto growkit is intended solely for educational purposes and observation of the mycelium. It is not recommended for beginners – it requires experience with simpler genetics (e.g. Golden Teacher) and a lot of patience.
